U.S. Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your reed, simply return with  it in its original packaging proof of purchase to the address listed below within 30 days of purchase.   You can also request one exchange of strength if you wish.  In our experience, most customers who originally ask for a refund are completely satisfied once they find the correct strength, so we suggest that you ask for an exchange first.   Naturally, reeds which have been modified in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.   Handling charges of US$3.00/reed must be included with the return. 

Note that it is company policy to destroy reeds which have been returned or exchanged, so when you buy a new reed, you can be certain that it has come straight from our production facilities.

We are constantly improving the quality of our reeds.   Of course, our objective is to have 100% satisfaction.  We don't have far to go.
