We are so confident that you will like your new Légère reed that for customers in most places in the world, we offer a no-hassle money-back guarantee!   When we first started offering this, people in the industry thought we were crazy!  We knew it wouldn't be a problem, however, because our reeds are so unique and so good.  For the longest time we had no returns at all!   Now that our sales volume is so high, we have to confess that a few do come back, but more than 99.5% of our customers keep their Légère reeds!   This is why we can afford to offer the guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your reed, simply follow the directions on the package insert and return it for refund or exchange within 30 days.   (Note that in some places only an exchange of strength is offered.  Our Student Strength Reeds are cannot be exchanged or refunded.)    

You can also request one exchange of strength if you wish.  In our experience, most customers who originally ask for a refund are completely satisfied once they find the correct strength, so we suggest that you ask for an exchange first.   Naturally, reeds which have been modified in any way, cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.   Restocking and handling charges of US$3.00/reed or CND$5.00 must be included with the return. 

Note that it is company policy to destroy reeds which have been returned or exchanged, so when you buy a new reed, you can be certain that it has come straight from our production facilities.  We have a  "No Nut" policy in our plant.

We are constantly improving the quality of our reeds.   Every reed that is returned comes back to us for evaluation.  Each reed has a serial number.  We have detailed records on the production of each individual reed!   Of course, our objective is to have 100% satisfaction.  We don't have far to go.
