“I made it my mission to find the best synthetic reed out there, and after playing on everything I could find, over several months it was clear that Légère reeds are the best! They are so alive & resilient and manage to last much longer than any other reed I’ve ever played. I absolutely love these reeds and recommend them to everyone!” – J. Whitmore

“Légère reeds provide me with durability, consistency and a remarkable sound. The fact that they play evenly and with no hassles make them the #1 Leader in synthetic reeds in the world!” – Nelson G.

“I am very happy with the response and tone on all of my Légère reeds. I live in South Georgia where the weather is usually humid and plays havoc with reeds. Since switching to Légère, I have performed in Minnesota, West Texas, and Toronto – all different climates and at different times of the year. Each time, I was able to perform without any difficulties in finding a reed that would work in a new climate. My practice time is much more productive because I am not spending half of it searching for a reed.” – C. Bryan

“After speaking with 2 of my dear friends in the industry Darren Rahn and Gerald Albright about reed and mouthpiece combinations to take my tone to the next level as a professional musician, they both highly recommended Légère Reeds. After taking their advice I was extremely pleased with the results. I used Légère Signature Series 1 ¾ for the Alto Saxophone on my 2016 hit song, “Consuming Fire”. "Consuming Fire" was in heavy rotation on radio worldwide including SiriusXM Watercolors.

“For many years I have worked for consistency with cane reeds, using every commercial brand available and making my own. Having a synthetic material substitute for cane always seemed like science fiction. Only after hearing players like Ricardo Morales and Corrado Giuffredi sound so beautiful on Légère reeds did I decide to give them a try. On Légère reeds, I find that I can produce a sound consistent with an excellent cane reed and that need for scraping and the break in process is eliminated.

“I first heard about Légère in college and have been sold ever since. As a band director I cannot express how much simpler these reeds make life for our students and us during rehearsals. Being synthetic, they allow our students to play whenever and wherever they want, no matter the weather conditions or how long their horn has been off of their face. In rehearsals or on the contest field, this means we always hear a true woodwind sound without dried out reeds that have been baking in the sun.
