For Parents
We all want the best for our kids.
Here in Canada parents ask themselves whether their kids
really need the $250 graphite fiber hockey stick, or whether
a much cheaper wooden version would be just as good.
The decision about a Légère reed is different for two
important reasons.
 | A Légère reed can be very cost effective! |
Because Légère reeds last so long, many players find
our reeds to be very economical in the long run. At Marian
Catholic High School, Director of Woodwinds Bobby Lambert reported
that two or three Légère reeds would last a student from August to
November.
 | Your child will have one less thing to
worry about. |
Unfortunately, the beginning player may not know the difference between bad technique and a bad
reed, so reed quality is even more important for a beginner.
You can count on Légère reeds to produce a consistent, high quality
sound from the very first note.

Did you know?
Légère Reeds can be rinsed in a sanitizer such
as mouthwash to kill germs. |
