"I have been playing on Légère Reeds for 8 years and have absolutely no intention of switching. These reeds are the best ever created. When I have to go on the road, hit a rehearsal or perform a local show, I know my reed is not something that I have to worry about. It makes being a saxophonist easier! I spend more time on my warm-ups and less time getting my reed "ready"! I can transition from the cold Cleveland weather to the hot Florida sun without the stress of my reed warping. That is worth every penny! No more fishing through a whole box of reeds to find the perfect one. They are always spot on!"- Brittany

She was influenced to play the saxophone by artists such as Dave Koz, Grover Washington, Gerald Albright, David Sandborn and Kenny G, Kirk Whalum and Boney James. Brittany heard these artists from the former Cleveland’s 107.3 the Wave smooth jazz radio often played by her mother for relaxation and good times. Brittany has shared the stage with Riley Richards, Tony Watson Jr, Tony Exum Jr, Chris Godber, and Derek Brown to name a few.

Her fans have raved about her performances stating things such as, “You make my Spirit happy Brittany, you are amazing” and “Very smooth. Work it, lady! Representing for the women of the world” “She is on fire… I could listen to her all day.”

Brittany is currently working on releasing her first Single for smooth jazz radio in Mid-year 2020. Be sure to look out for her on all platforms where music is played. You can catch her live this May 15th at the Jazzspirations in Knoxville, TN. You can also run into her at the Winter Namm Shows each January playing on her favorite Légère reeds.
