Carlo Micheli graduated in 1992 from the Music Conservatory “G. Rossini” in Pesaro. During the summer of 1995 at the Umbria Jazz Festival, he took part in Clinics at the Berklee School where he received different awards and was appointed Leader of the Berklee Band-Clinics Award Group. I find it more powerful and aggressive
Since 1992 he has been teaching Saxophone, Ensemble music and Jazz Improvisation in different schools of music in Rome and its surrounding areas. He has performed in many music ensembles in collaboration with some renowned Italian musicians, playing different musical genres such as Blues, Dance, Jazz, Soul and Rock.
He participated in concerts with a symphony orchestra and Big Band Jazz.
Carlo Micheli has collaborated as an arranger and saxophonist both in the recording industry and through live performance with lots of artists like Vittorio Nocenzi, Max Giusti, Tullio De Piscopo, Fiorello, Rita Pavone, Fiorella Mannoia, Dario Ballantini, Claudio Baglioni e Gianni Morandi.

Since 2003 Carlo Micheli collaborated with “Rampone & Cazzani” demonstrating playing professional saxophone. Since 2009 he has been touring Italy with the “Fiorello Show”.
Carlo Micheli’s latest CDs with his band are “Too Funk Project” (2010), “Confinato a Ponza”(2012). He has also recorded a new CD “True Voices sax Quartet”, with his band.
